We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative/Project Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the roofing industry.

Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through door-to-door sales, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities
• Utilize our CRM for managing prospects
• Conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate estimates for roofing projects
• Prepare and present proposals to clients, outlining the scope of work, pricing, and timelines
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with the production team and ensure a seamless project execution with high customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
• Participate in ongoing sales training

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or home renovation industry
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus
• Excellent negotiation skills, and excellent communication with both customers and co-workers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude
• Honesty and integrity in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors
• Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to achieve and exceed targets
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective follow-up and customer management
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physically able to carry a ladder and be comfortable with performing roof inspections
